This article is aimed at prevention of cancer instead of its treatment. Nutrition can help in cancer prevention, and in this article we will recommend few scientific advice of prevention of cancer with use of few possible nutritional diets.

This article not only aims on just dietary treatment of cancer but also on the Physical Activity which is essential for maintaining a proper health.

- People shall try hard to limit their sedentary activities like sitting on computer, television for long time

- Adults must practice at least five days a week at least 30 minutes of physical activity. It may be of moderate intensity comparable to brisk walking or practicing three days a week of 20 minutes of high intensity physical activity comparable to jogging.

- In children and adolescents, to practice a minimum of 60 minutes per day of physical activity of moderate to vigorous form of games, activities of daily living or sports.
Fruits and vegetables

- Eat every day at least 5 fruits and various vegetables (whatever the form: raw, cooked, fresh, canned or frozen) to at least 400 g per day.

- Eat every day as other fiber foods such as cereal foods and minimally processed pulses.

- Meeting the nutritional needs through a balanced and varied diet without resorting to dietary supplements.

- Other healthy Nursing Care needed to prevent cancer since birth of child includes breastfeed exclusively if possible and ideally until the age of 6 months.

- Alcohol consumption is discouraged, regardless of the type of alcoholic beverage (wine, beer, spirits ...).

- Do not encourage abstainers to regular alcohol consumption, even moderate alcohol consumption as any regular is at risk.

- Like in case of alcohol, to reduce the risk of cancer, limit smoking as much as possible, both in terms of quantities consumed the frequency of consumption. In case of difficulty, consider and possibly an accompanying support.

- Children and pregnant women should not consume alcoholic beverages.

Overweight and obesity is also big indirect cause of cancer. Maintaining a normal weight (BMI between 18.5 and 25 kg / m²) is very important.

- Low consumption of rich energy dense foods and emphasize low energy density foods such as fruits and vegetables.

- Monitor weight regularly at least once a month is a very good habit. For those who are overweight (BMI> 25 kg / m²), obesity (BMI> 30 kg / m²) or rapid weight gain and significant in adulthood, and possibly a coaching support are considered.

- Consumption of Red meat and sausages must be limited. The consumption of red meat shall be less than 500 g per week. To supplement the intake of protein, it is advisable to alternate with white meats, fish, eggs and pulses.

- Limit consumption of meats, especially of very fat meats and / or very salty. To reduce the risk of cancer, minimize portion size and frequency of consumption.

- Limiting the intake of salt intake by reducing consumption of salty processed foods (meats, cheeses ...) and adding salt during cooking and plate is a very good way of eating a healthy food.

Dietary supplements containing beta-carotene must be avoided or at least limited to the very minimum. Except in special cases of disability and under the supervision of a physician, the consumption of dietary supplements is not recommended.
