Lymphoma is a cancer of the lymphatic system. Like all cancers, treatment options for lymphoma are better when it is detected early. The treatment of lymphoma is decided based on several factors including the type and the extent of lymphoma, its growth rate and the overall health of the patient, including the status of his immune system.
